Returns and refunds
Beauty By V accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics and beauty tools cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return, email info@byvbeauty.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send a product back before receiving approval.
For ordinary returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Beauty By V covers return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable or included in store credit unless the return is due to our error. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Approved return value is based on the merchandise amount actually paid plus applicable tax. If store credit is issued, it may be applied to a future order. A future order using store credit follows the shipping rates and free-shipping threshold shown at checkout. Free economy shipping applies when the post-discount merchandise subtotal is $25 or more; orders below $25 are charged the applicable shipping fee.
When the approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit when selected, within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@byvbeauty.com.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Product eligibility
- Highlighting powder: ordinary return only when unopened and unused.
- Beauty sponge and other beauty tools: ordinary return only when unopened and unused.
- Sets and bundles: all included items must be unopened, unused, and returned together for an ordinary return.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products: covered regardless of product type.
